After some speculation, it has been decided that Congress will ask the Justice Department to investigate perjury charges, as to whether Roger Clemens made false statements under oath to a House committee.
Clemens is currently at the Houston Astros' minor-league training complex in Kissimmee, Florida. "Clemens refused to answer questions about reports Congress may ask the Justice Department to investigate whether he lied under oath when he denied using steroids or human growth hormone."
